I think this must have been the BR Research van HSFV4. The suspension, flat roof and the doors, grilles and windows all match. See for example http://www.old-dalby.com/images/old_dalby_hscc.jpg
I had wondered what had happened to it.
The flat HSFV1 is still at the RTC.
