| In 1980 and 81 BR rebuilt all of the running gear of 80 unfitted Boplates so they were airbraked, in 1987 some were rebuilt again as BMA and others later as BNA. Unconverted were taken by the engineers until the mid 1990s when some went back to traffic. Various liveries. |
